Construction Supervision

The company assists clients in concluding construction contracts and supervises their implementation and provides the client with construction managers. At the request of the client, we handle all project management, contractor coordination, and project control at the project site. Our services offered also include health, safety and environment management, as well as quality control and quality review.

Owner’s Engineer

Owner’s Engineer incorporates multiple aspects such as review of proposed geotechnical investigation, analysis of differing levels of design, engineering review, approval of detailed design, quality assurance validation testing and value engineering evaluation. We provide independent engineering review services for clients to ensure that project development complies with the design basis, objectives and specifications as per the design and/or construction agreements.

Independent Engineer

In India, PPP road projects follow a specific framework known as the Model Concession Agreement. This framework requires the appointment of an Independent Engineer, who is selected jointly by both the Authority and the Concessionaire. Krivam is a leading provider of these services and actively serves as the Independent Engineer for numerous Build-Operate-Transfer (BoT) projects facilitated by both the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and state road development agencies.
